Sa aking paghimbing,
Ang langit ay dumadaing sa akin
Hatid ay mga matang nagniningning
Kung saan ang mga ulap ay nakatingin

Ang puso'y sinasakop ng buong pagtangis,
Sa isipa'y hinagpis ang sinasapit
Natila ang lahat nang hawiin ng sipol ng hangin
Sa pagkampay ng mga pakpak mong kay dalisay ng tinig

Pinatawad mo ang aking mga kasalanan,
Iwinaksi mo ang bawat kasinungalingan,
Sa kabila ng lahat, isuko mo ang sarili
At sa lilim ng iyong mga pakpak, ika'y nagkubli

Ang langit ay napakabuti,
'Di alintana ang mga sugat na naghahapdi
Kaya't sa tuwing gabi, nakatingala sa kalangitan,
Nagpapasalamat sa mga matang yakapyakap ng mga pakpak mong 'di ko tatalikdan.
